Water & Sewer Connection Charges - rate increased on April 10, 2018

Water & Sewer monthy service fees will increase on May 1, 2018

All customers will be required to pay:

  • $10 Water Capital Reserve Fee
  • $10 Sewer Capital Reserve Fee

Singel family rate changes:

  • No more fixture count as part of the monthly minimum calculation
  • The minimum water and sewer charge will include 200 cu ft of usage

What causes odor in the hot water?

The most common cause of odor in hot water is the water heater. If your cold water smells fine, check your water heater to ensure that the temperature setting is correct. Water heaters also need to be maintained (see manufacturer’s instructions). Please contact us if the odor persists or if it is present in both the hot and cold water.
